Quantum Computing Workshop with Qiskit

The CMSE department is sponsoring a MSU-hosted two-day workshop on Quantum Computing Fundamentals using IBM's software framework, Qiskit (https://qiskit.org). The workshop will take place October 18–19, 2019 at the MSU Union Building. Advancing Medical Treatment with RNA Sequencing

Kayla Johnson is a graduate student studying human genetics at MSU. She works under Dr. Arjun Krishnan to find systems and patterns of genes that correlate to certain diseases and to understand how these are impacted by a patient’s age, sex, and the tissues specific to the problems exhibited by the patient.
