7 CMSE Graduates Awarded for Academic Excellence, 4.0 GPA
It's nearing time for the end of the Spring 2025 semester, and for some, it's time for graduation. Graduation has always been a bittersweet time, because it's both time to bid farewell to your years-long journey here at MSU, but also to say hello to a new start, to look forward and marvel what you can and will achieve. We here at the CMSE Department want to extend our warmest congratulations to every student who had made it through this difficult journey. We hope you can join us in commending your peers who had achieved a monumental task - getting a perfect college GPA. 7 students from the CMSE Department in the College of Natural Science had received the Board of Trustees' Award for Academic Excellence:
Sirac O. Ayyildiz, who earned a bachelor’s in physics and in data science from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College from Canyaka, Turkey.
Landon R. Buskirk, who earned a bachelor’s in data science from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College from Mason, Michigan.
Minh A. Dang, who earned a bachelor’s in data science from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College from Hanoi, Vietnam.
Mark R. Dugan, who earned a bachelor’s in data science from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College from Crescent Springs, Kentucky.
Susannah M. Kriser, who earned a bachelor’s in data science from the College of Natural Science and is from Lansing, Michigan.
Elena I. Serra, who earned a bachelor’s in data science from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College from Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Devin T. Whitlock, who earned a bachelor’s in zoology and in data science from the College of Natural Science, is a member of the Honors College from Battle Creek, Michigan.
