The Department of Computational Mathematics, Science and Engineering (CMSE) at Michigan State University is excited to host a joint event to celebrate students' and faculty research and excellence and department's 10th year anniversary. We will be hosting a three-day joint conference, Workshop on Frontiers in Computational Science and Engineering: Celebrating a Decade of CMSE Excellence and The 5th Data Science Student Conference (DISC 2025), on Aug 18–20, 2025, bringing together undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty from MSU and other U.S. institutions to engage in interdisciplinary exchange across data and computational sciences.The three-day conference aims to bring together undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty from MSU and other U.S. institutions to engage in interdisciplinary exchange across data and computational sciences.
